What counts as a photo?
Every image published in a gallery. Trashed or unpublished photos don’t count, and your audience’s searches or downloads are never charged.
Is there fine print on the free plan?
No card required. Your first 600 photos (2.4 GB) are never charged. From photo 601 it’s $0.025 per photo, in steps of 500.
Do attendees need an account?
No. They open the link, take a selfie and see their photos. The selfie is processed on the spot and discarded.
What about face privacy?
Faces are only used to group photos within your gallery. They’re never shared across events or used to train models, and anyone can request removal.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like; changes are prorated on your next invoice.
What if storage runs out before photos?
Each 500-photo step includes 2 GB. If you work with heavy files and storage runs out first, you can buy storage only at $0.023 per GB ($23 per TB).
Can I use my brand and my sponsors’?
Yes, from on-demand up. Design your frame once and it’s applied to every shared photo; the clean original stays downloadable if you allow it.
